Ingredients:
- Cooking oil
- Onion
- Carrot1/4 Cups
- Green peas1/4 Cups
- Red pepper1/4 Cups
- Chicken broth2 Cups
- Rice1 Cups
- Frozen peas1/2 Cups
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation mode:
Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, carrot, celery and peppers; cook 5 min. or until tender.
Add broth; bring to boil.
Stir rice and peas; cover. Simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. before serving
