VEGETABLE RICE

Ingredients:
Cooking oil
Onion
Carrot
1/4 Cups
Green peas
1/4 Cups
Red pepper
1/4 Cups
Chicken broth
2 Cups
Rice
1 Cups
Frozen peas
1/2 Cups
Salt
Pepper
Preparation mode:
Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, carrot, celery and peppers; cook 5 min. or until tender.
Add broth; bring to boil.
Stir rice and peas; cover. Simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. before serving
