Ingredients:
Potatoe
200 Grams
Meat
100 Grams
Tomatoe
50 Grams
Onions
30 Grams
Garlic
5 Grams
Corriander
Tomatoe paste
10 Grams
Cooking oil
Pepper
Pumpkin leaves
Green peas
Corn
Water
Servings
Preparation mode:
In a pot,put the potatoes. Add the vegetables.Add maize and green peas.Pour the water
Cover the pot and simmer the mixture in medium heat, leave to cook until the water is dried out
Mash to mix all the ingredients together. Add salt to taste.
In a separate pan cook the onions and garlic add salt and pepper. Pour the mixture in to the pot and stir.
Cut and wash meat under running water. Put it to boil until tender and dry.
Add cooking oil, cut onions on top and let it fry with the meat to golden brown.
Put cut tomatoes and stir to form sauce, add tomato paste and salt then let it cook for about 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander
