Preparation mode:
In your cooking pot add oil, once heated put your red onions, Let them cook till almost golden brown then your garlic and ginger paste, let them cook till they turn golden brown
Add your tomatoes then cover for about 5 minutes. Add your spices if any and also your tomato paste let it cook for 10 minutes add salt. To taste and 2 beef cubes. Cook for about 3 minutes. Serve while hot.
