Ingredients:
- Plantain150 Grams
- Cooking oil4 Tablespoons
- Salt
- Onion50 Grams
- Tomatoe50 Grams
- Paprika5 Grams
- Tumeric5 Grams
- Pepper
- Green pepper

Preparation mode:
Peel the plantains into fine whole pieces and rest them in cold water
In a pan on medium heat, put the cooking oil to heat
Add the chopped onions, saute them to golden brown
Then add salt,chopped tomatoes, turmeric and paprika cover and simmer them till they’re tender
Add sugar with warm water to dissolve it faster for soup as well
Immerse in your previously peeled plantain, cover and simmer till they’re tender but firm and finely cooked
Served with ground beef
