Ingredients:
- Fish200 Grams
- Rice1 Cups
- Tomatoe100 Grams
- Onion50 Grams
- Salt
- Tumeric
- Chilli powder
- Corriander
- Ginger
- Peas
- Carrot
- Yellow pepper

Preparation mode:
Wash & descale the fish& dry it. Make slits
In a frying pan deep fry the fish. Fry till golden brown.Once fried & crispy keep it aside.
In another pan add oil, onions &ginger & cook. Add masalas ready. Once brown add the chopped tomatoes. Add all the masalas till done. Don’t overcook.Now add the fried fish in the gravy. Coat it or cover it well with the gravy.
In another pot put two cups of water some oil and salt to taste bring to boil then add rice let it simmer for 10mins and serve.
In pot add oil,peas, carrot and yellow pepper cook for two minutes and salt pepper to taste.
