Ingredients:
- Maize flour250 Grams
- Water3 Cups
- Meat500 Grams
- Garlic5 Grams
- Onions100 Grams
- Capsicum
- Corriander
- Black pepper2 Grams
- Tumeric
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Tomatoe200 Grams

Preparation mode:
Boil the meat and let it brown. Pour in oil.
Add in the crushed garlic.Stir until it’s golden brown.
Add the onions until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, capsicum, corriander,tumeric powder, black pepper & salt Cook for five minutes .Stir well and
put aside.
In a pan, saute the onions and add the shredded kales cook for three mins .Add some little salt to taste.
Put water in a pan & bring it to boil.Add flour and stir in it’s stiff cook for ten minutes
